Trying something new (again)

I wanted to seriously simplify my drawings. I wanted to create something very minimalist and almost graphic with more attention to the composition and colour, and less to the elaborate details and colouring techniques. I am trying to work by the principle - less is more. At the same time I aimed to save my style - soft and sweet and kind, and a bit humorous.
To summarise in a couple of words I would like my drawings to portray elegance and charm. It is not easy to be elegant when you draw funny kids.... but I think I didn't do too badly.

I quite like this new style.... I will probably work a bit more on it and see what happens!
